How renting works
1. First step is to choose an item you would like to rent
2. Read our Rental Terms and Conditions! We know it is a long read, but it is totally worth it. You want to understand the process and terms, your responsibilities, and our obligations to you.
3. Once you are ready, email us or fill out this Request Form.
4. Based on the information we receive from you we will send you an email with the Rental Form. The Form will include order details, cost, and other important information. An email will also contain a link to make a payment.
- We will ship the item to you after we receive the payment
- Some items will require a security deposit to be charged to your payment account. It will be returned to you after we receive all items back and ensure their undamaged condition
- We have special terms and discounts for returning clients (clients who have placed with us more than 2 orders and have positive history of payments and returns)
5. By making a payment, you agree to our Rental Terms and Conditions.
6. We will send you Order Confirmation and important dates:
- When we ship your order, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Your order will arrive 2-3 days before the rental period starts
- Rental Period is 6 calendar days
- You will have to send the item(s) back to us no later than the next business day after the rental period ends and email us the tracking number.
7. Try-On is available! If you would like to try on the dress to make sure it fits you, we can arrange it for you. If you choose Try-On, you will need to return the item no later than 2 calendar days after you receive it. Try-on is free. You pay for shipping only. Return instructions will be Included in the package. If you do not ship the item back to us within 2 calendar days after their delivery to your residence, you will be charged full rental cost for that item.
